Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Dessi AI. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Dessi AI.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use Dessi AI for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for activity performed through it.

2. The service

Dessi AI uses artificial intelligence to turn submitted images and prompts into video and optional audio. Features, generation limits, output quality, processing times, and availability may change. We may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit and any rights you may have in generated outputs. You grant Dessi AI a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit your content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and comply with law.

You confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions for the content you upload and that its use does not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use Dessi AI to:

• Create or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, exploitative, or harmful content.
• Impersonate others deceptively or violate privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
• Upload malware, interfere with the service, bypass limits, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use outputs in a way that misleads people about significant real-world events or identities.

5. AI-generated outputs

AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or similar to content generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law. Dessi AI does not guarantee that an output is unique or eligible for intellectual property protection.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Paid features are subject to the price and billing terms shown at purchase. Taxes may apply. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, completed generation purchases and consumed credits are non-refundable. Recurring plans may be canceled before the next billing period.

7. Intellectual property

Dessi AI and its software, design, branding, and service content are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, security risks, legal requirements, nonpayment, or harm to the service or others. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

Dessi AI is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dessi AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
